Team Blake's Chloe Kohanski won the singing competition, while Team Adam’s Addison Agen earned second place.

After a night packed with performances, Chloe Kohanski on Tuesday was named the winner of The Voice season 13 on NBC.

Before the announcement, the top eight artists of the season returned to sing with established performers as celebrity coaches Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Hudson, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine looked on and occasionally performed themselves.

At the top of the night, contestants Adam Cunningham and Keisha Renee came back to sing “Meant to Be” with Bebe Rexha. Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Charlie Puth performed next, with Levine on the guitar. Team Adam’s only finalist, Addison Agen, took the stage with Norah Jones to sing “Don’t Know Why.” Team JHud was shut out of the finals, but Hudson’s semifinalist Noah Mac returned to perform with Bastille.

Future Voice coach Kelly Clarkson made the TV debut of her new single “Medicine” next. Former coach Alicia Keys introduced her former artist and Voice winner Chris Blue, who performed his new single “Blue Blood Blues.” Team Miley’s only finalist, Brooke Simpson, took the stage to sing “Titanium” with Sia. Nedra Belle and fellow drag queens performed with Jessie J next, and they were followed by Team Blake’s finalist Kohanski singing with Billy Idol.

Demi Lovato sang “Tell Me You Love Me,” and then Jessie J took the stage again to sing “Not My Ex” with Team Jhud semifinalist Davon Fleming. Team Blake’s other finalist, Red Marlow, sang “When I Call Your Name” with Vince Gill. Next, former coach Pharrell returned to the Voice stage with N.E.R.D. to sing “Lemon,” and then Sia returned to sing “Snowman” from her holiday album.

Finally, it was time for the results. Team Blake’s Marlow came in fourth place; coming in third place was Team Miley’s Simpson. Then it was down to Team Adam’s Agen and Team Blake’s Kohanski. After the nationwide vote, Kohanski won, giving Team Blake another win on the books.
